Our Hiring Process

Your commitment

You must be a licensed, registered nurse who has graduatedwith a 3.5-year Diploma (GNM), a Bachelor's, or a Master’s degree in Nursing.

You will have to dedicate a minimum of 15 hours per week to both linguistic and cultural preparation.

You must be fully committed to learning the German language, and to achieving B2 level certification

The average monthly salary for a registered nurse is between €2,800 and €4,000. A nursing assistant salary is around €2,300.
