Your commitment

You must be a licensed, registered nurse who has graduatedwith a 3.5-year Diploma (GNM), a Bachelor's, or a Master’s degree in Nursing.

You will have to dedicate a minimum of 15 hours per week to both linguistic and cultural preparation.

You must be fully committed to learning the German language, and to achieving B2 level certification.

The process of coming to Germany can take approximately 10 to 14 months, taking into consideration factors such as your B2 German language studies, documentation and qualification recognition. It is important to note that individual circumstances may vary, and the timeline can be influenced by various factors such as visa processing, language proficiency etc. We strive to assist and guide you through the necessary steps to make your transition to Germany as smooth as possible.

You must be a RN in your country with at least a 3 year diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s in nursing and have at least a B1/B2 level of proficiency in German to begin working in Germany.

Upon your arrival in Germany, you will initially hold the position of a nurse assistant. To become a Registered Nurse (RN) in Germany, there are two options available: you can either complete an adaptation course or pass the nursing skills exam called Kenntnisprüfung. Once you successfully complete the adaptation course or pass the Kenntnisprüfung and obtain a B2 certificate, you will be eligible to work as a Registered Nurse in Germany. The process of becoming a Registered Nurse usually takes approximately 6 to 12 months after your arrival.

As a nurse assistant, the gross monthly salary typically falls within the range of 2,300 to 2,600 euros. Registered nurses can expect to earn a monthly salary ranging from 2,800 to 4,000 euros. It's important to note that these salary figures may vary based on factors such as the city of residence and other relevant considerations.
